Types of AI:

There are two main types of AI: Narrow AI and General AI.
  • Narrow AI: This type of AI is really good at doing specific tasks, but it can't do everything. For example, a computer program that can play chess really well is a form of Narrow AI. It's super smart at playing chess, but it can't help you bake cookies or ride a bike.
  • General AI: This type of AI is like a super-smart all-rounder. It can understand and do many different tasks just like humans. It's like having a robot friend who can play chess, bake cookies, and even write stories!

How Does AI Learn?

AI learns by using a special technique called machine learning. It's similar to how we learn from our experiences. Machines are fed lots of data, which is like information or examples, and they use that data to learn patterns and make predictions.

Let's say we want an AI to recognize cats in pictures. We would show it many pictures of cats and tell it, "Look, these are cats!"
